Founded in 1992 by David Hamblin, Hamblin & Sons, LLP has earned its reputation as a formidable presence in both civil and criminal law. Built on a foundation of principled advocacy and courtroom tenacity, the firm has spent over three decades standing between clients and the legal storm, whether that means defending against criminal charges or pursuing justice through civil litigation.

David Hamblin started the firm with a single office, a steel briefcase, and a clear philosophy: Everyone deserves a defense. Everyone deserves a voice. Over time, his relentless approach to legal work attracted not just clients, but allies. What began as a solo practice soon grew into a family-run firm, where legal tradition and personal responsibility are passed down as intentionally as the cases themselves.
